Wolves Esports Launches into Rocket League Champion Series Season X

The Wolverhampton Wanderers-backed esports organization, Wolves Esports, will compete in Season X of the Rocket League Champion Series. With the announcement, the Wanderers become the first English Premier League team to back a team entering the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS). The UK-based esports organization is the professional gaming arm of the Wolverhampton Wanderers and field teams that compete in various titles including PUBG, Identity V, FIFA 21, FIFA Online 4, Pop Kart Racing, and Rocket League.

The newly formed Wolves team will compete in the RLCS X Winter Split and is led by a trio of players including team captain Rix Ronday,  Luis Puente Peña, and Ole Van Doorn.

The RLCSX Winter Split starts on Nov. 12 at 8 am. PST with Europe’s first Winter Split regional event. Games can be seen on Wolves Esports official accounts or on the Rocket League’s Twitch and YouTube channels.
