If you haven’t managed to get a PS5 so far in 2021 then this week could be your best chance yet since the console launched last November. Two of the best places to buy a PS5 in the UK in 2021 have been GAME and Argos. And both of these retailers, along with Amazon – who have been another great source of PS5 stock – are all expected to be opening orders for the PS5 once again during the week beginning Monday August 9.
All three retailers could open up orders for the PS5 in the UK once again on Tuesday August 10.
That’s the earliest possible date for these inbound PS5 restocks, according to the @PS5StockAlertUK Twitter.
The reliable PS5 stock tracker account has given their predictions for the coming week.
And the stock tracker claimed Argos could be getting a PS5 restock between August 10 and 13, with a restock time of 8am.
Both GAME and Amazon are predicted to get a PS5 restock between August 10 and 12, with restock times of between 9am and 11am for GAME and 8am to 9am for Amazon.

PS5: Sony unveil pricing for PlayStation 5 console
Argos typically has restocks of just the PS5 Disc and Digital consoles on its own, while the retailer in the past has had stock of the Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart bundle.
GAME, meanwhile, has updated its website to say what PS5 purchase options will be available with its next restock.
Pre-order options are listed online which have an August 20 release, with 27 different product listings available.
This includes PS5 Disc and Digital standalone consoles as well as bundles.
While Amazon, like Argos, typically just sells the standalone PS5 Disc and Digital consoles.
But recently Amazon has tweaked things so PS5 restocks are just available to Amazon Prime users.
While this means some PS5 gamers hoping to purchase from Amazon will miss out, it also makes things a more smoother process for Prime subscribers.
Giving their latest PS5 stock predictions, the @PS5StockAlertUK Twitter posted: “Our PlayStation 5 Restock Prediction.
“Amazon UK: 10-12 August (8-9am). Argos: 10-13 August (8am). GAME: 10-12 August (9-11am).
“Other possibilities (any day):- Curry’s PC World (anytime) – ShopTo (12-5pm) – Scan (1-5pm) – eBuyer (anytime).”
The account went on to add: “Please note these are predictions, and not guaranteed.”
If you’re thinking of purchasing a PS5 from GAME then you can do a bit of research and check out right now what purchase options will be available with the retailer’s next PlayStation 5 stock drop.
While GAME does offer standalone PS5 Disc and Digital consoles with its restocks, these tend to sell out the fastest.

The cheapest PS5 Digital bundle costs £389.98 and includes a console, tee and cap.
While the most expensive PS5 Digital bundle is priced at just under £540 and includes a PS5 Digital Edition console, T-shirt, hat as well as an extra DualSense controller and a Pulse 3D headset.
