FIFA 20 TOTY Confirmed: FUT Leak , Release Date, Start Time Countdown

FIFA 19 TOTY is set to be revealed later today, with all fans of the game across PS4, Xbox One and PC eager to discover which of the 55 Nominee's have made it into the Team of the Year Ultimate XI.

Voting officially closed last week and in a recent post on Twitter, EA confirmed that the FIFA 20 TOTY will be revealed on January 6 (today).

"For the first time, you can have your say on who makes the FIFA 20 Team of the Year," EA explains.

"Choose the Ultimate XI from the squad of 55 players who lit up the world of football in 2019 and your vote will count towards the final FIFA 20 Team of the Year."

"The final Team of the Year will be announced in January, when special TOTY Player Items will be released in FUT Packs for a limited time in FIFA 20 Ultimate Team."

Now, whilst we're suspecting that the full TOTY squad will be announced today, we suspect that the cards will be released in stages as per previous years.

Typically the announcement is made at 3pm GMT (UK Time) with the new FUT cards rolling out on PS4, Xbox, Switch, PC and the FIFA 19 Web App at around 6pm GMT.

In past years the TOTY squad was released in stages starting with the Goalkeeper and defenders, followed by midfielders then attackers.

however, ahead of time it looks as though the full squad has already been leaked by the same leaker who revealed the FUTmas rewards over Christmas.

Now although the leaker was previously BANG ON with the FUTMas rewards, we won't know for certain until it's revealed today.
