Ghost Recon SILENT-30086 error – Beta DELAYED on PS4, Xbox due to server issues
Ghost Recon Update 1
It now seems as though the Ghost Recon Breakpoint Open Beta might be delayed until later today.
A follow up tweet from the Ubisoft Support Twitter account reads:
"Apologies for the delay. The Ghost Recon: Breakpoint Open beta should be available later today. Thank you for your patience, More info here."
For those curious about the 'more info' it leads to a Ubisoft Forum page, but only containing largely the same message as before.
Community staff member Ubi-Lilpwnd, writes:
In order to guarantee a smooth experience for all players, we need to finalize the preparation of our infrastructure before we can open the servers to everyone. This preparation is taking longer than planned and we must delay the start of the Open Beta while we ready the infrastructure. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Stay tuned for more info…

Original Story – The Ghost Recon Breakpoint beta has just gone live but fans are experiencing major login issues this afternoon as a server error is impacting the game.
Fans attempting to play the open beta are currently seeing a SILENT-30086 error code.
There's no word from Ubisoft Support just yet except for the following message:
"Ghosts, in order to guarantee a smooth experience for all players we need to finalize the preparation of our infrastructure before we can open the servers to everyone. We apologize for the delay and will post an update ASAP."
At around 11am BST this morning the servers started seeing issues, with reports spiking on the Independent outage monitoring website Down Detector.
As expected though, fans of the game have been venting their frustration on social channels.
"It's not letting me play the beta it keeps on telling me that there is a error silent-30086" one fan complained.
"@UbisoftSupport I keep on getting an error when I try load into the ghost Recon Breakpoint open beta which says “silent-30086”. Can you fix this?"
"@UbisoftSupport I can't get on to the ghost recon breakpoint open beta, I keep getting silent-30086 error code. I'm not sure if your servers are down or for some reason I can't connect."
"Hi,I want to report about a problem in ghost recon servers when I open the game the (press (X) to start) shows to me when i press (X) it tells me connecting to ubisoft servers then a problem shows to me,It tells me failure and the it name is (Silent-30086)," another posts.

Daily Star had the chance to preview Ghost Recon Breakpoint earlier this year, here's a small snippet:
Breakpoint is essentially an evolution of 2017’s Wildlands. It offers a completely new setting, a more personal story, and a deeper web of game systems to immerse yourself in. While Breakpoint isn’t as complex as military sims like ARMA or Post Scriptum, there are more layers to it than your typical third person shooter.
There’s definitely a larger focus on story in Breakpoint, moulding characters into more than just quest givers and the occasional enemy boss. Cole D. Walker, the game’s main antagonist, is a fallen Ghost commander turned villain. Needless to say, he has history with Nomad and Delta Force, his Wolves biting harder than the cartel grunts you fought in Wildlands.
Much like Wildlands, you have the choice between riding solo (with AI squaddies) or as part of a four person team. The latter is how Breakpoint was clearly meant to be experienced, with players pinging waypoints, exchanging intel, and carefully coordinating kills.
This latest Ghost Recon is unforgiving to say the least and while that may be a turn off for some, it’s precisely what hardcore fans want from the series. Fans who have a fireteam on standby to buddy up with. When played at that kind of high-tier level, Breakpoint can be extremely rewarding though the more casual crowd may struggle.
