How To Watch Lil Nas X’s Roblox Concert

Roblox is holding its first in-game concert this weekend, bringing Lil Nas X to its blocky world. If you’ve never played the game before but want to check out the Grammy-winning artist’s performance, here’s what you need to know.

How To Watch Lil Nas X’s Concert

The easiest way to watch the event is by navigating to its official Roblox webpage. From there, just click on the large green play button on your screen. This will prompt you to create an account – simply enter in your username and an email address and you’re all set.

Next, you’ll need to install the Roblox client to your PC. If this doesn’t automatically happen after creating your account, just click on the green play button again. A message will pop up on your screen instructing you on how to download and install Roblox. Follow the prompts, and within a few minutes the installation process should finish.

You’ve created an account and installed Roblox – now you can finally jump into the concert. It won’t go live until November 14 at 1pm PST, but the concert map is open to the public right now, although it’s missing Lil Nas X. For the third time, click on that lovely green button and you’ll be launched directly into the concert. Here are the times that Lil Nas X will be performing:

  • Saturday, November 14 @ 1pm PST
  • Saturday, November 14 @ 10pm PST (Asia)
  • Sunday, November 15 @ 9am PST (Europe)

There’s also a preshow on November 13 at 4pm PST that will run behind-the-scenes footage of the event and show how the developers went about crafting the concert experience.

That’s really all there is to it – create an account, download the client, then load into the concert. From beginning to end it’ll take about ten minutes. If you’re a fan of Lil Nas X, it’s worth the time, as he’ll be debuting a new song live in Roblox on November 14.
