The finals of the Farming Simulator World Championship are scheduled to begin on December 5, 2021. Teams will be battling it out to see who can heap up the most hay. The winners are going to walk away with €100,000 in cash.

Farming Simulator League has been running the World Championship since 2018. The current finalists are Bednar, Corteva Agriscience, Hörmann, Krone, LSA-Esports, mYinsanity, Trelleborg, and Valtra. The favorite this time around is Trelleborg. Corteva Agriscience and Valtra joined the Farming Simulator League this season, rocketing straight to the top of the charts. The latter holds the second and the former holds the third place in the official standings.

The competition plays out in stages. Teams begin by choosing the specific pieces of equipment that can be used in the match. These appear in particular places on the playing field. When the match finally starts, players have to scramble to get into their vehicles and then harvest, bale, and stock as much hay as possible into a barn. The first bale gets double points and any bales carried up to the top floor of the barn get a bonus.
