4K games must have huge file sizes, how big is the hard drive on the PS4 Pro?

You’re not wrong, and because of this the console contains a 1TB hard drive. That’ll get you started, but it might be worth picking up a USB 3.0 hard drive to add to your storage options. They’re not too expensive, and are really easy to set up. You're also able to change the internal drive, although this takes a little bit more know-how.
