The Sims 4 Snowy Escape Expansion Pack Is A Japanese-Inspired Winter World
The Sims 4 Snowy Escape expansion pack is a winter wonderland-themed world and drops on November 13. Like past expansion packs, Snowy Escape will retail for $40.
Confirming what the teaser image suggested, the 10th add-on is a Japanese-inspired universe located in Mt. Komorebi. Primary activities include snowboarding, sledding, rock climbing, and hiking. For post-exercise relaxation, Sims can soak in a natural hot spring or eat food around a kotatsu.
Snowy Escape is the first world that allows players to live there or simply vacation by renting a lot. You can build residences from Japanese-inspired furniture and decor such as shoji doors, windows and screens, and tatami mats. Players can also build rock gardens, add koi to ponds, or hang up paper lanterns. For making sure your Sim is fashionable, there are 130 Create-a-Sim items that range from outdoor athletic wear to both modern and traditional Japanese-inspired choices.
This pack also includes Lifestyle and Sentiments and is the first time that up to 16 Lifestyles will occur in response to your Sim’s actions and behaviors. Lifestyles are different from Create-a-Sim traits since they change a character’s behavior more significantly. With Sentiments, Sims can decide how they each feel after a shared experience. The resultant decisions will affect the relationships between Sims and what interactions they’ll have in the future.
The Sims 4 is available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. You can pre-order the Snowy Escape expansion pack now.
