Xur’s inventory should cap out at 681 if you’re 700. He also offers specific rolls on each armor piece each week, giving out different perks for the same pieces. We’ve highlighted any great rolls below.

The Huckleberry

The Huckleberry is an exotic from Warmind. Its intrinsic perk is Ride the Bull, which causes the gun to fire faster and have increased recoil the longer you hold the trigger. Kills with the gun partially reload the magazine. The Huckleberry’s secondary perk is rampage, which causes each kill to increase your damage for a short time.

The Huckleberry is a very fun gun to use. Its perks combine to offer you a little minigame of trying to fire for as long as you possibly can without having to reload. It may not be particularly useful in a lot of end-game content — although it has some PvP potential — but it’s a blast to use in Adventures, Public Events, and Escalation Protocol. Pick up The Huckleberry if you can afford it.

Gemini Jester

Gemini Jester is one of the new exotics added in Curse of Osiris. Its main exotic perk is Misdirection. If you dodge when near an enemy, you’ll disorient them, removing their radar if they’re a human player. This is a decent PvP exotic if you’re sick of running the classics. Just beware that you need to be close to be effective.

This week’s roll:

Slot 1: Fusion rifle dexterity, hand cannon dexterity, Outreach (class ability reduces melee cooldown)

Slot 2: Scout rifle scavenger, special ammo finder

Should I buy this roll?

Yes

Antaeus Wards

Antaeus Wards is a new Exotic from the Forsaken expansion. Its main perk is Reflective Vents. When you slide, Antaeus Wards project a shield in front of you. Any projectiles that hit the shield reflect back at their owner. Every deflection grants you Super energy. These boots are flashy, but not particularly practical. If you want to make a great highlight video, you should pick these up.

This week’s roll:

Slot 1: Fusion rifle dexterity, hand cannon dexterity, Outreach (class ability reduces melee cooldown)

Slot 2: Scout rifle scavenger, special ammo finder

Should I buy this roll?

Contraverse Hold

Contraverse Hold is a new Warlock Exotic added in Forsaken. Its exotic perk, Chaotic Exchanger, gives you bonus damage resistance while charging a Void grenade. Charged grenade hits refund a random amount of grenade energy each time it deals damage. These are powerful Void Warlock gauntlets. If randomness hasn’t been kind to you, pick these up!

This week’s roll:

Slot 1: Fusion rifle loader, hand cannon loader, Impact Induction (melee hits give grenade energy)

Slot 2: Sniper rifle scavenger, machine gun scavenger

Should I buy this roll?

Yes

Invitation

Bungie

This item starts the Invitation of the Nine quest. This week, Xur offers The Tower. It’ll cost you nine Legendary Shards. This week’s quest is currently bugged. Bungie will fix it next week.
