Fortnite Batman Challenges Leaked: Welcome to Gotham City Rewards revealed

An impromptuFortniteupdate this morning took all fans by surprise but we doubt they were ready for what Epic Games had in store.

The newFortnite update 10.31is currently rolling out across all platforms and patch notes should become available shortly.

However, dataminers are doing what they do best and have already uncovered plenty of info about what the new update contains.

From the looks of things, fans will soon get a Fortnite XBatmancollaboration, complete with new items, cosmetics and even a Gotham City themed POI.

The stand out finds are undoubtedly the new items, which include an Explosive Batarang and a Batman Grapnel gun. The description of both items can be seen below:

• Batman Grapnel Gun – Pull yourself towards a targer location and then deploy the Bat Cape!
• Explosive Batarang – Batman’s Batarang. Homes in on players and sticks to walls. Explodes if it detects enemies in proximity.

As mentioned, there's also a number of Batman cosmetics, including a spray and glider. But to get these you'll likely have to complete some challenges.
